Welcome to Neuromassage.ie. By booking an appointment with Magdalena Romanczyk, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Appointments

All appointments requested through our website are subject to availability. A request does not guarantee a slot until it has been confirmed by us. We reserve the right to adjust appointment times slightly (e.g., by 15-30 minutes) to accommodate treatment durations, and we will always notify you of any changes.

2. Deposits and Payments

To secure your booking, a deposit of €20 may be required. Instructions for paying this deposit (e.g., via Revolut) will be sent to your email upon booking. The remaining balance for your therapy session is due at the clinic after your treatment.

3. Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice or non-attendance ("no-shows") may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Neuromuscular therapy and massage are designed to aid in the relief of muscle tension and pain. However, these therapies are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. You must disclose all medical conditions, injuries, and medications prior to your session. If you are experiencing a severe medical issue, please consult a physician.

5. Right to Refuse Service

We maintain a professional and safe environment. The therapist reserves the right to terminate a session immediately or refuse service if a client exhibits inappropriate behavior, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if a medical condition makes the massage unsafe.
